Head of Finance | Lisbon

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a similar area;
• Consolidated experience in Finance / Management Control roles, ideally in a retail, catering, consumer, or other business context with a strong operational component;
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis;
• Solid knowledge of Accounting and Treasury;
• Ability to work closely with different business areas and transform financial data into useful information for decision-making;
• Knowledge of Spanish, due to strong exposure to Group structures in Spain;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, namely Excel and, ideally, ERP/BI;
• Leadership, organization, and prioritization skills;
• Pragmatic, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented profile.

We are supporting a company from the DISA Group, with a relevant presence in the retail and catering segment, in identifying a Head of Finance for Lisbon.

We are looking for a person with financial vision, business proximity, and the ability to transform information into decisions — someone who combines rigor, analytical thinking, and a practical sense, in a dynamic context with a strong operational component.

Reporting to the company's Management and articulating with the Group, you will have cross-functional responsibility over the finance area, ensuring an integrated view of management control, accounting, treasury, and reporting, and contributing closely to business management.

• Leading the Management Control area, developing and consolidating the reporting and management analysis model;
• Coordinating the annual budget process, forecasts, and monthly variance analysis against the budget;
• Ensuring the preparation and analysis of the monthly and annual P&L, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement;
• Defining and monitoring business and financial KPIs, ensuring clear and actionable information for decision- making;
• Leading the Accounting function, ensuring the quality of records, processes, internal controls, and compliance with deadlines;
• Coordinating monthly and annual closing processes;
• Ensuring Treasury management, including operations, liquidity control, and respective reporting;
• Coordinating the relationship with external auditors and other financial interlocutors;
• Preparing and consolidating financial and management information for the DISA Group, in articulation with the corporate structures;
• Monitoring leasing, rental, telecommunications, and other services contracts relevant to the operation;
• Ensuring articulation with external IT suppliers, monitoring the organization's technological needs;
• Identifying opportunities for process, systems, and financial information improvement, contributing to increasingly efficient and data-driven management.
