Requirements
What we're looking for
Higher Education in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or similar areas
5 years of experience in similar roles
Knowledge of AutoCad and Excel (mandatory)
Knowledge of Power Bi, Nextbit and Project (preferable)
Focus on results and problem-solving, with the capacity for innovation and adaptation to change
High capacity for planning and organization, ensuring efficiency and achievement of objectives

The role
A PRIO is recruiting a Maintenance Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the operability of the stations through the effective coordination of maintenance requests and the proactive implementation of preventive actions that guarantee the continuity and reliability of the PRIO group's equipment
Maintenance Manager
What you'll do
Manage preventive external maintenance, supervising and coordinating all activities intended to prevent failures and ensure the good operating condition of the equipment
Develop, implement and update the preventive external maintenance plan, adjusting schedules as necessary to maximize the useful life of assets and minimize interruptions
Promote the continuous improvement of external maintenance processes, focusing on the optimization of efficiency, effectiveness and reduction of operational costs
Provide specialized technical support to the own network stations and direct customers, resolving technical problems and suggesting improvements that drive service quality
Monitor high-impact corrective interventions, ensuring their efficient execution and within the established deadlines
Provide continuous training to station managers and operators, ensuring the constant updating of maintenance knowledge and practices
Request and monitor periodic legal inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Analyze technical reports in detail, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance
Carry out the procurement process for suppliers for various specialties and equipment, preparing comparative maps and conducting effective negotiations
Provide operational support to Maintenance Support Technicians and/or Maintenance Technicians
