Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as Business Consultant;
- Experience in Business Improvement (no IT implementation or audit) in the business consulting unit of a Consultancy environment;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop complete document and with analytical tools (Excel preferred, plus other tools like Power BI, Python, and similar);
- Fluency in English - mandatory;
- Analytical and quantitative skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity / willingness to learn;
- Sense of urgency.
The role
The professional will work as Value Creation Lead, taking care of the development and implementation of value creation initiatives in multiple internal functions, requiring to analyse a situation / internal process and define / implement improvement solutions.
