Digital Workplace and AI Adoption Specialist

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital workplace adoption, technology enablement, training, change management, learning & development, digital transformation or similar roles. 
• Demonstrated experience driving technology adoption, user engagement or organizational change initiatives. 
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and demonstrated experience helping users adopt AI-powered ways of working. 
• Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and translate them into practical business outcomes. 
• Experience designing and delivering workshops, training programmes, presentations and user enablement campaigns. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Fluent English is required. Portuguese and French are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, administration and security principles is desirable. 
• Experience working within financial services or regulated environments is an advantage. 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote and geographically distributed environment, supporting users and stakeholders across multiple locations and cultures. 
• Experience delivering virtual training, webinars, remote coaching sessions or user adoption programmes through online collaboration platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot certification(s).
• Microsoft Applied Skills related to Microsoft Copilot.
• AI-900 Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
• Change management, training or adoption-related certifications are considered advantageous.

The Digital Workplace and AI Adoption Specialist plays a key role in driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and modern workplace technologies across the Group.

The role focuses on helping employees maximize productivity, collaboration and efficiency through Microsoft 365 and AI-powered capabilities, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Copilot. Working closely with business teams, end users, ICT and technology partners, the Specialist will lead user enablement, training, change management and adoption initiatives that support the Group's digital transformation objectives.
The primary focus of the role is driving user adoption, identifying business value opportunities and promoting innovative ways of working rather than platform administration.

As the Group operates across multiple jurisdictions and locations, the role is strongly oriented towards remote engagement, virtual collaboration, online training delivery and supporting users across all Group entities.

There is no dual reporting. While the role is based in Porto, the employee will report directly to the Group Infrastructure Lead
