The role

We provide third-party Management Company, Corporate Governance, Regulatory and Strategic Consulting, and Governance Technology solutions. The Group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in London, Ireland, Porto, New York and Zurich.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic AIFM team and contribute to the financial reporting and regulatory processes for UCITS and AIFs domiciled in Luxembourg and other EU jurisdictions. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the investment fund industry, with guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., AIFM, Big 4, or Administrator).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
