- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher/equivalent) in a relevant field and are either studying towards a Company Secretarial / Corporate Governance qualification or would be keen to study one with our financial support. You have a great command of English and knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Prior relevant experience in corporate governance or corporate law, ideally in the financial services industry, is required. Experience supervising a team preferred.

We are looking for a governance specialist to manage a portfolio of clients and lead a team responsible for delivering ONE's core services. Function: TheTeam Lead, Corporate Governance supports and supervises a team of Corporate Governance Officers in Porto who provide Company Secretarial and Registered Office support services to clients in Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
