What we're looking for
- Minimum experience of 2/3 years in areas related to POS and/or technical Contact Centers;
- An academic background in the technological area will be valued;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools from a user perspective;
- Knowledge of SQL (valued);
- Experience in telephone customer service roles will be valued;
- Autonomy and customer orientation;
- Good communication, organization, and priority management skills;
- Analytical capacity and critical thinking;
Languages
- English - minimum B1
The role
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve problems related to POS terminals;
- Provide specialized POS technical support to suppliers and stakeholders of the TPA Multibanco network (via telephone or email), using specialized diagnostic tools to resolve difficulties that prevent the terminal from operating normally;
- Analysis of messages exchanged between terminals, comparing them with functional specifications to identify inconsistencies or errors;
- Registration and handling of incidents;
- Management of incidents/breakdowns, from identification to their closure with technical assistance suppliers and/or customers;
- Monitoring the availability of POS terminal networks
