MuleSoft Platform Automation Expert

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus);
• Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, ArgoCD, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID);
• Proven experience in scripting and operational automation (Python, PowerShell, or Shell);
• Solid background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure) and ITIL processes;

• Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken (C1 level);

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and self-healing mechanisms using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting to streamline platform operations;
• Manage MuleSoft integration platform capacity and performance, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and resource optimization across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift);
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, stability, and operational efficiency in an international context;
• Produce technical documentation, automation runbooks, and capacity reports while supporting major incidents and service restoration activities when required.
