Junior Lawyer

By joining the Data Protection Officer's team, you will contribute to the management and monitoring of topics related to privacy and personal data protection, through activities such as:

• Analyzing personal data processing activities, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
• Preparing legal opinions, recommendations, and guidance;
• Supporting the preparation, review, and updating of compliance policies, procedures, and documentation;
• Drafting and analyzing contracts and agreements related to personal data processing;
• Responding to data subject requests;
• Supporting the investigation and monitoring of personal data incidents and breaches;
• Preparing and updating records of processing activities and data protection impact assessments;
• Participating in compliance verification actions;
• Monitoring projects in the areas of digital transformation, information technologies, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence applied to healthcare;
• Collaborating with different areas of the organization and external entities.

• Degree in Law;
• Registration with the Bar Association, preferably completed less than four years ago;
• Experience or interest in the areas of privacy and personal data protection;
• Knowledge of European Union Law and interest in topics related to information technologies, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence;
• Good capacity for analysis, investigation, and legal writing;
• Organization, rigor, and attention to detail;
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
• Good oral and written communication;
• Critical spirit, sense of responsibility, and a taste for teamwork;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience or contact with the healthcare, technology, or compliance sectors will be valued.
