UiPath / RPA Solution Architect

• Evaluate and validate the UiPath RPA solution architecture, ensuring alignment with defined frameworks, standards, and best practices;
• Analyze solutions implemented by development teams and identify opportunities for improvement at the architecture, configuration, and parameterization levels;
• Act as a technical reference for RPA teams, supporting the clarification of doubts related to the parameterization, configuration, and instantiation of solutions;
• Define, develop, and evolve the RPA Delivery Framework, supporting the delivery cycle from development to testing;
• Participate in the creation and migration of RPA frameworks, ensuring a consistent and structured transition;
• Support teams in the adoption of the framework and defined best practices;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and technical adequacy of automation solutions;
• Collaborate with different technical teams and stakeholders in the evolution of solutions and the RPA ecosystem.

Position: UiPath / RPA Solution Architect

• Solid experience with UiPath and RPA solutions;
• Knowledge of automation solution architecture, with the ability to analyze and validate existing solutions;
• Experience in the definition, implementation, or evolution of RPA frameworks;
• Knowledge of the RPA solution development and delivery cycle, including development and testing;
• Experience with configuration, parameterization, and implementation of solutions in UiPath;
• Knowledge of RPA development best practices and standards;
• Ability to act as a technical reference and support other teams in resolving doubts;
• Autonomous, analytical profile oriented towards quality and continuous improvement;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
