What you'll do
- Customer support via telephone/email, clarifying doubts and technical aspects;
- Contact with the banking area, technicians, end customers, and merchants;
- Analysis and resolution of problems using a Knowledge Base;
- Ensuring efficient service oriented towards customer satisfaction.
