What you'll do
- Manage teams and develop talent, motivating and training the store team.
- Drive commercial results through the analysis of KPIs (sales, conversion, average ticket, productivity, stock).
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and the correct presentation of the product in the store.
- Coordinate resources, stock and shift planning to maximize efficiency.
- Actively participate in the store strategy and in the achievement of local and regional objectives.
