We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant for our store in Lisbon Vasco Da Gama. 20H AND 30H shifts with rotating shifts. 6-month temporary contract.

Objective 1: Increase store sales.

Metrics: Monthly sales volume. Customer conversion rate. Average transaction value.

Objective 2: Improve the customer experience.

Metrics: Customer satisfaction score (CSAT). Customer return rate. Wait time at checkout.

Objective 3: Optimize inventory management.

Metrics: Inventory turnover rate. Available stock level. Frequency of online orders placed due to lack of stock in store.

• Sell clothing, accessories, footwear and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping.
• Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximise revenue generation and improve the customer experience.
• Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a broad knowledge of the organisation's policies.
• Carry out store-level support duties, including warehousing, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, tills and loss prevention services.
• Help with placing online orders if a product is not available in store.

• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Handling of point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
