We are looking for Receptionists available to join the HeyDoc Hospital Lusíadas Porto clinic:

• Academic qualifications at the 12th-grade level (mandatory);
• Experience in the Dental Medicine field (Preferred);
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• Ease of oral and written communication;
• Availability for rotating shifts and weekends.

• Global management of the clinic's schedule;
• Preparation of status maps and daily reports, namely: appointment reports, cash closures, and financing;
• Global administrative support related to patients: return notes, organization of patient files, invoicing, verification of material entry and exit (goods received/sent);
• Telephone and in-person contact with patients;
• Dissemination and promotion of the services provided;
• Control of the cash fund;
