Senior Technician - Patient Quality and Safety (M/F)

• Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Quality Management, Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or clinical areas;
• Experience in roles related to Quality and/or Patient Safety in the healthcare sector or in highly regulated contexts such as pharma, the food industry, or medical devices;
• Experience in process management, continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), audits, and data analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and indicators (advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalent);
• Experience in project management and/or leadership of teams or cross-functional initiatives;
• Communication, influence, and management of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and a results orientation

• Experience with accreditation and certification standards (JCI, HIMSS, etc.);
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies;
• Training in leadership or experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects;
• Knowledge of health information systems;
• Skills in time management, emotional resilience, strategic prioritization, energy management, and complex problem-solving.

At this time, we intend to recruit a professional with solid experience in patient quality and safety within the healthcare sector, to join the Quality and Safety Directorate of the Lusíadas Saúde Group, in the Lisbon Cluster. The mission of this role is to support the improvement of care provided, promoting safe, reliable, and sustainable practices in a clinical context.
