Logicalis Portugal intends to strengthen its team with a person to take on the role of Network & Data Center Specialist (Cisco Nexus Dashboard / NDFC).

This role will be responsible for the operation, advanced support, troubleshooting, and evolution of Cisco Nexus infrastructures in complex Data Center environments distributed across multiple sites. The selected person will act as a technical reference and escalation point for matters related to Cisco Nexus Dashboard, Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller, and VXLAN EVPN architectures.

• Act as a technical reference for Cisco Nexus Dashboard and Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller.

• Administer, operate, and perform advanced troubleshooting of the Cisco Nexus Dashboard Suite, including Fabric Controller, Insights, and Orchestrator.

• Manage and support Cisco Nexus 9000 infrastructures in complex enterprise environments.

• Operate, monitor, and perform troubleshooting of VXLAN EVPN fabrics distributed across multiple Data Centers and remote sites.

• Analyze and resolve critical incidents, performing root cause analyses, or Root Cause Analysis.

• Define and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Execute complex changes and support infrastructure evolution activities.

• Participate in upgrades, lifecycle management, and platform optimization.

• Collaborate with project teams on implementations, migrations, and transitions to operations.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Support and guide L2 teams in resolving advanced technical issues.

• Promote automation and continuous improvement of managed environments.
