Proven experience in Collaboration solutions and enterprise communications.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration solutions.
Experience in voice technologies, IP telephony, and communication systems integration.

What you'll do

Logicalis Portugal aims to strengthen its team by hiring talent for the role of Collaboration Technical Consultant.

The mission of this position will be to implement, support, and develop enterprise communications and collaboration solutions, with a special focus on Cisco technologies and Microsoft Teams Calling.

The role includes participating in Collaboration projects and services, in close coordination with clients, internal teams, and partner entities. Among the main objectives are the resolution of complex incidents, the definition of architectures, the evolution of solutions, and the continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and ensure support for enterprise communications and collaboration solutions.
Participate in the technical evolution of Microsoft Teams Calling services.
Administer voice and Collaboration solutions and perform advanced troubleshooting.
Support technical teams in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents and problems.
Contribute to the definition of architectures, standards, and best practices for Collaboration solutions.
Participate in implementation, migration, and evolution projects for voice and collaboration solutions.
Ensure the technical quality of implementations and changes carried out.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and operational procedures.
Provide technical support to clients and other stakeholders on matters related to Collaboration.
Collaborate with manufacturers and partner entities in problem resolution and solution evolution.
Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization of Collaboration services.
Promote knowledge sharing and the consistent adoption of best practices by the team.
