You have a university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent;
You have approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience;
You possess certification in Coaching and/or proven experience in Mentoring;
You have the Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) (mandatory);
You have proven experience as a soft skills trainer (mandatory);
You have Communication and Influence skills;
You possess a critical spirit and the capacity for analysis and decision-making, based on HR and business metrics;
You have interpersonal relationship skills, you are empathetic, and you enjoy listening to and developing others;
You have the capacity to introduce new market trends in the L&D area;
You consider yourself a Life Long Learner;
You have knowledge of English

The role

What you'll do

You will guarantee and monitor the regional Talent Management process;
You will be responsible for guaranteeing the execution of training plans and mandatory legal training for all employees and keeping the database updated;
You must guarantee the quality of internal and external training;
You will design and develop training plans for employees in conjunction with management;
You will have to design and implement training sessions in partnership with Headquarters, focusing on behavioral training;
You will have to perform on-site monitoring of initial training;
You will monitor train the trainer projects;
You will be responsible for controlling and measuring L&D KPIs.
