• I welcome and approach customers proactively, identifying their needs and providing a 5-star shopping experience;

• I master the technical and practical knowledge of the product families in my sections;

• I stay up to date on product news, market trends, and product collection evolutions;

• I know installation, transport, and warranty extension services in detail so as to always propose and present a complete solution to the customer;

• I use cross-selling and up-selling techniques, and sales closing techniques effectively;

• I use the available Omnichannel and digital tools to present detailed information to customers, and always proposing to them when necessary remote purchasing (telephone and WEB/APP) as well as PPC;

• I identify customer needs and expectations through effective questioning to analyze and present personalized and complete solutions;

• I demonstrate and compare products in a way that highlights their advantages and characteristics with a focus on
  adding value to the customer, and fulfilling their needs;

• I keep the shelf organized, clean, stocked, and labeled, seeking an attractive presentation of products on the shelf, top, or podium;

• I ensure the correct implementation of planograms as well as all shelf labeling and signage;

• I participate actively in the assembly of commercial operations and podiums for my section and store;

• I follow up with a view to closing the quotes created during customer service.

• Educational qualifications at the secondary school level;

• Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a salesperson;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Good communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
