- Driver's license and own transport (preferred).

The role

What you'll do
- Operation and monitoring of the entire milling process, from the reception of the olives to the obtaining of the olive oil.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of mill equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring the cleaning and sanitization of facilities and equipment, complying with food safety and occupational hygiene standards.
- Quality control of raw materials and the final product, performing basic records and analyses.
- Active participation in problem-solving and the optimization of production processes.
- Collaboration with the team in the organization and management of olive and olive oil stock.
- Compliance with all safety standards and internal company procedures.
