How you'll work

  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm.
  • Workplace: Campo Maior

Functions

  • Receive the client's recruitment needs, publish advertisements in various recruitment sources, and identify the best candidates.
  • Perform screening and interviews to identify not only technical skills, but also the right personality for each vacancy.
  • Prepare reports and share feedback on candidates, helping the client in decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor workers. Be the point of contact for questions, ensuring that workers feel integrated and heard.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure that all information (accidents, absenteeism, time clocking, etc.) is recorded.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, a liking for and use of technology, namely AI.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Team spirit;
  • Driver's license (Mandatory);
