Machine Operator

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Third-class Machine Operator for a leading company in the packaging industry sector located in Alcochete. We are looking for dedicated and responsible professionals to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continuous success of production.

- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, in rotating shifts from 08:00-16:00; 16:00-00:00 and 00:00-08:00;

- Base Salary of 920€ + Shift Premium of 25% (3 shifts) or 35% (continuous operation) + Meal Allowance 6€/day.

- Guarantee the proper functioning of the production line and ensure that production is carried out according to product specifications, maintaining the required quality standards.

- Strictly comply with the procedures and work instructions established by the company.

- Execute the tasks inherent to the correct functioning of the production lines, operating the machines assigned to you efficiently and safely.

- Perform regular checks as indicated in the control plan, ensuring self-control and the continuous quality of the process.

- Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, promoting a safe and sustainable working environment.

- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

- Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, with rotating days off.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

-Knowledge of Dies and Cutting Tools.
