Production Operator (M/F/X) - Arcozelo (VNG)

• Proven professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in machine operation or production roles.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift regime, including nights and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and availability.
• Physical robustness and manual dexterity for handling loads and performing tasks that require moderate physical effort.

• Working hours - Rotating shift regime, Monday to Friday (06h to 14h/ 14h to 22h/ 22h to 06h). There is also a weekend working regime, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 07h00 to 19h00, whereby, in the following week, the schedule corresponds to two 8-hour working days.
• Base salary 960€ + 8.50€ SA + 25% Shift allowance + 10€ Night allowance + 50€ Weekend bonus.

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and adjusting parameters as necessary to optimize the production process.
• Perform visual quality control of products at different stages of production, identifying and reporting anomalies or non-conformities to ensure the required standards.
• Collaborate in the preparation of materials and components for the production lines, ensuring continuous supply and the organization of the workstation.
