Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base Salary: 930€;
- Meal Allowance of 6€ per day (only during night shifts and weekends); the remaining shifts guarantee a canteen (lunch and dinner);
- Shift allowance:
- 2 shifts (Mon. to Fri., 08h-16h / 16h-00h or 07h-15h / 15h-23h) - 177€;
- 3 shifts (Mon. to Fri., 00h-08h / 08h-16h / 16h-00h) - 317€;
- Continuous operation (rotating schedules and days off) - 437€;

What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform visual and dimensional control of ceramic products at various stages of the process.
- Proceed with the packaging and palletization of finished products, ensuring their correct identification and conditioning.
- Collaborate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, reporting breakdowns and anomalies.
- Keep the work area organized and clean, following internal procedures and hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, presenting suggestions and participating in optimization projects.
