Toll Assistance Operator (m/f/x)

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Toll Assistance Operator for a client in the Vila Nova de Famalicão area.

- Remotely classify and register vehicle information;

- Register events in the Toll System, as defined in the Procedures;

- Promote a good relationship with customers, showing cordiality and availability in clarifying and resolving questions and information requests;

- Support the customer in the context of payment at the automatic machine;

- Consult information and the status of automatic payment machines;

- Identify, register, and report anomalies;

- Proceed with the manual validation of transactions via photo-verification and video verification;

- Analyze frames captured by the toll systems, proceeding with any necessary corrections;

- Analyze information relating to transactions associated with notifications, performing manual data processing;

- 12th grade of schooling;

- Proficiency in the French language;

- Professional experience in the field (preferred);

- Availability for rotating shifts;

- Immediate availability.
