Lounge Assistant - Funchal

- Ensure a warm, personalized, and professional welcome to all passengers and customers accessing the airport lounge.

- Perform access control and verification of entry eligibility, recording the necessary data in the computer system.

- Guarantee the constant replenishment, careful presentation, and quality control of the cafeteria services, snacks, drinks, and light meals provided.

- Maintain the organization, hygiene, and visual comfort of all lounge spaces, including rest areas, tables, and support counters.

- Provide assistance and clarify doubts for passengers regarding flight schedules, departures, boarding gates, and general airport services.

- Proceed with the regular management of inventory and stocks of consumables and food, coordinating replenishment needs with the team and suppliers.

- Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level or equivalent (training in the hospitality or tourism area will be valued).

- Previous experience in customer service roles, hospitality, catering, or reception/guest relations services.

- Fluent command of the Portuguese language and good knowledge of the English language (knowledge of other languages will be an asset).

- Excellent communication skills, empathetic posture, careful presentation, and a rigorous orientation towards excellence in customer service.

- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ease of teamwork in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

- Full availability and flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
