The role

- Accompany partners in the implementation of campaigns and initiatives aimed at Continente Card customers;
- Ensure efficient and excellent execution of segmented communication plans, in coordination with partners and internal teams;
- Monitor campaign performance and support the identification of optimization opportunities;
- Ensure operational coordination between partners and the different areas of Continente Card, promoting effective implementation of initiatives;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Continente Card solutions and processes, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives and to the continuous improvement of the partner experience.
