The role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex banking transformation initiatives using Finastra's cutting-edge core banking solutions.

In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with leading financial institutions, manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, and drive success in dynamic, multinational environments.

What you'll do

Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
Deliver complex banking transformation projects
Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance
Support business development and contribute to proposals

Requirements

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in IT project and program management
