The role
Responsible for ensuring the daily operation of the Hotel employees' Staff House. This professional acts as a facilitator, ensuring that the accommodation is a comfortable and safe environment, which directly impacts the satisfaction and retention of the hospitality team
What you'll do
- Organize the assignment of rooms/beds, check-in, and check-out of employees at the staff house;
- Coordinate the cleaning of common areas (kitchen, WCs, living rooms) and ensure that necessary repairs are carried out by the maintenance team;
- Monitor compliance with internal regulations, quiet hours, and safety;
- Control the inventory of linen (sheets, towels), cleaning materials, and house equipment;
- Welcome new employees, facilitate integration, and resolve day-to-day housing issues.
