Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Oral Hygiene or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);
Residency authorization in Portugal, in the case of foreign candidates (mandatory);
Enjoyment of teamwork and proactivity;
High sense of responsibility;
Ensure compliance with all protocols, from reception to final treatment;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish a relationship of trust with patients.

The role

Together we want to do more and care better. We are recruiting an Oral Hygienist (m/f) to join the Dental Medicine service at the CUF Barreiro Health Center.

What you'll do

Ensure the provision of the best oral health care within reach for the client;
Coordinate your actions with other health professionals, respecting treatment plans within a multidisciplinary logic, for the effective pursuit of the prescribed results;
Attempt to ensure the best possible conditions for the provision of your medico-dental acts, in order to best satisfy the client's treatment needs;
Promote and ensure the maintenance of adequate oral hygiene for the Unit's clients with a view to creating preventive oral health habits;
Guarantee the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and solutions, suggesting and implementing new projects, actions, and approaches that contribute to the development of the role, through the identification and analysis of trends, innovations, and existing best practices in the market.
