What we're looking for
Completed 12th year of schooling or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);
Nice to have
Experience in in-person customer service (preferred);
Computer proficiency and good ability to use different tools simultaneously (preferred);
Administrative experience (preferred);
Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred);
Knowledge of English (preferred);
The role
Together we want to do more and care better. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant (m/f) to join the Front-Office service at Hospital CUF Açores.
What you'll do
Provides the best in-person customer service;
Receives, supports, and directs customers;
Schedules appointments and exams within the services provided at the unit;
Ensures the billing of services performed by customers through agreements with external entities;
Interacts with the medical and nursing team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
How you'll work
Availability for shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM (mandatory);
