Higher education in relevant areas (Health, Engineering, Management, Economics or equivalent) (mandatory);
Previous experience in simulation (preferred);
Proficiency in the English language (written and oral) (preferred).

Collaborate on the preparation of the Simulation Center's training calendar;
Organize advanced training courses, ensuring the associated logistics, in coordination with the different CUF teams;
Promote the granting of scientific and financial sponsorship by relevant entities, ensuring rigorous budgeting and financial execution, collecting and systematizing management information relating to each course;
Communicate programmed activities effectively, using the available channels for this purpose, in close collaboration with the teams involved;
Develop research and innovation projects related to simulation-based teaching;
Develop policies and procedures regarding the use of the simulation center and equipment;
Prepare periodic activity reports.
