As an Automotive Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Registering and managing claims in internal systems
• Managing automotive repair requests according to contractual coverage
• Assessing the eligibility of requests and analyzing associated risks
• Making informed decisions and communicating them to customers and partners
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standards
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and team efficiency
• Sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment

• Who We Are Looking For
• Native Italian speaker (mandatory)
• Portuguese or English minimum level B2
• Experience in customer support, administrative roles, or similar
• Experience or interest in the mechanical/automotive sector is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
