At CATALONIA HOTELS, an expanding hotel chain, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for one of our hotels in the center of PORTO.

The main tasks to be developed are the following:
· Planning of tasks.
· Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the form for this purpose.
· Complying with corrective maintenance procedures according to the quality manual.
· Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Checking that breakdowns are resolved.
· Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records.
· Ensuring that the facilities comply with current regulations.
· Responsible for directing the emergency plan.
· Maintaining and preserving the hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition.
· Diagnosing the state of the facilities and informing the hotel director.
· Promoting and carrying out energy saving and efficiency actions.
· Control of stock and spare parts under management approval.

REQUIREMENTS
