The role
YOUR ROLE
As an Engineering Unit Manager - Telecom Networks, you will lead a strategic engineering business unit, driving growth, operational excellence, customer success, and people development.
You will:
- Define and execute the unit's business and growth strategy.
- Own the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved.
- Lead large multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Support pre-sales activities and shape complex solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of telecom engineering programs and managed services.
- Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build the capabilities, talent, and organizational structure required for future growth.
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
- Strong P&L management and business development experience.
- Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
- Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
