The role

At Boslan, part of Accenture, we are a benchmark in Engineering and Consulting services, providing specialized support in the management and comprehensive development of projects. We are a multidisciplinary team with a vocation for service and closeness, both within the project and with our clients.

We are looking for profiles of Data Center Project Managers to lead complex projects from the design phase to on-site execution, in both Spain and Portugal. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, become a technical reference in your specialty, and actively participate in key project decision-making.

What you'll do

• Overall project management.

• Management of scope, schedule, cost, and risks.

• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

• Client liaison and stakeholder management.

• Monitoring of KPIs and executive reporting.

Main responsibilities

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects (preferably Data Centers, power generation plants, substations, electrical networks, or complex industrial facilities),
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Languages: native Spanish and advanced English.
Availability for regular travel to sites and on-site presence as required by project needs.
