Process Technician - Artificial vision & Robot guiding (f/m/div.)

Qualifications

• Technician or Degree in electronic & automatic / electromechanics / Industrial engineer
• Multidisciplinary profile: experience with SW, electrical topics & mechanic;
• More than 2 years of experience with vision systems;
• Experience with robots, preferably Universal Robots;
• Ability to think analytically, focused on problem solving;
• Proactivity to act independently and flexible to adapt to different environments
• Good communication skills to work in an international environment in cross-functional teams

Job Description

Process support in automatic production lines:

• Read electrical drawings;
• HW & SW interface diagnostic.;
• Configuration and verification of transducers (force, torque & distance);
• Adjustment of sensor, optics and lighting;
• Programming in different Software environment;
• Structured way of problems Diagnosis;
• Optimization & Ramp up support;
• Universal Robot programming;
• Mechanical adjustment of robot system;
• Calibration/verification between robots & vision.
