Curricular Internship in Industrial Engineering and Management (f/m/div.) in Braga

Management of a digitalization project in the Procurement area of an automotive multinational.

Help us transform the Early Warning List (EWL), the main working tool of the Procurement Planning team, into a modern, intuitive web-based solution prepared for future Artificial Intelligence integration.
The main expected results are:
- Collection, analysis, and prioritization of requirements from different stakeholders.
- Development of the concept and mock-up of the new tool.
- Definition, together with the development team, of the roadmap for the implementation of the solution.
- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and the technical development of the tool.

Within the scope of this project, you will have the opportunity to:
- Acquire practical experience as a Procurement Planner, balancing this role with the development of the project.
- Coordinate a real digitalization project with a direct impact on the processes of the Procurement area.
- Develop skills in project management, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with different users, managing and reconciling the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Present proposals, conduct workshops, and support decisions that will shape the evolution of a critical tool for the organization.

- Interest in the areas of digitalization, web development, and Artificial Intelligence.

- Knowledge of programming, databases, and data analysis will be valued.

- Good organizational, project management, and results-oriented skills.

- Critical thinking, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and a taste for teamwork.

- Fluency in English, in both written and oral communication.

- Interest in the Procurement area and availability to perform Procurement Planning activities during the internship.
