What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management
- Experience with Windows image creation, device provisioning, software deployment, and patch management.
- Experience deploying and supporting VMware and/or Omnissa virtual desktop solutions.
- Knowledge of VDI administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive
- Experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience designing Workplace or End User Computing solutions.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of workplace automation and modern device management practices.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Right now, we are looking for an Workplace Engineer to integrate our Talent team.
What you'll do
- Manage and enhance Microsoft Intune environments for endpoint management.
- Build and maintain Windows base images for device deployment and lifecycle management
- Manage software packaging, deployment, patching, and compliance across corporate devices.
- Deploy, administer, and support VMware/Omnissa virtual desktop environments.
- Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability while supporting troubleshooting activities.
- Administer Microsoft workplace technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Support and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments.
