Senior Payroll Technician - Paço de Arcos

We are looking for a senior professional to strengthen our Payroll team. What will your day-to-day look like?

• Management of Admissions in SAP Success Factors;
• Preparation of contracts and addenda;
• Management of Exits and final settlements in SAP Success Factors;
• Payroll processing for employees, taking into account the different types of Collective Agreements existing within the Group;
• Management of holidays, insurance, and other benefits existing for employees;
• Analysis and submission of tax obligations (DMR, DRI, and AT Holiday Sheet).

Note: This role does not include team management. 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a similar area;
• Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in payroll processing (mandatory);
• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors (preferred factor);
• Analytical/Critical Thinking;
• Attention to detail;
• Excel skills;
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation.
