Development and Prototyping Engineer | Leiria

• Experience in Solidworks (preferred);

• Knowledge of subtractive, additive, and lamination manufacturing methods (valued).

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a similar field;

• Consolidated professional experience in similar roles in the field (preferred);

• Language Requirements: proven proficiency at C2 level in Portuguese and proven proficiency at B2 level in English;

The team aims to design, develop, and prototype engineering solutions that meet product requirements, ensuring their technical validation and production readiness, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.

• Product development through the creation of 3D/2D drawings and monitoring of the production process;

• Prototyping and validation of components;

• Selection of materials, components, and manufacturing methods;

• Product improvement analysis, based on requirements and specifications;

• Preparation of documentation to support production;

• Support for the various products developed by the company;

• Read, interpret, and create technical drawings, using CAD software;

• Problem-solving ability and proactivity;

• Team spirit and good communication skills;

• Good ability to adapt in a constantly innovating environment.
