The role

TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis is a company within the Teixeira Duarte Group, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, operating in the areas of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Developments, and Technical and Industrial Facilities, and is hiring a Graduate Civil Engineer to carry out works for the Space Up team in the Lisbon area.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise all activities on-site, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines and quality standards;
Manage and guide work teams on the ground, ensuring efficient execution of tasks;
Control the correct use of materials, equipment, and resources;
Interpret projects, technical drawings, and specifications, ensuring their correct implementation;
Monitor the progress of the works, identifying and resolving any deviations or problems;
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders;
Ensure budget compliance and cost control.

Required Profile

Responsibilities

Minimum education level of 9th or 12th grade;
3 Years of experience in Works Coordination;
Experience as a foreman, team leader, site preparer, or quantity surveyor;
Experience in Fit-Out works (preferred);
Driving license;
Sense of responsibility and personal organization;
Good adaptation to contexts of functional versatility;
Ability to work in a team.
