We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for our ZU team in GREATER LISBON and we believe you are the right person!

We are counting on you to...

Team Management and Training: Empower and develop the store team, ensuring that the entire team is prepared to offer specialized and quality service. Inspire and lead the team, promoting motivation and a culture of cooperation, while establishing and monitoring the fulfillment of performance objectives.

Daily Store Operation Management: Ensure the smooth running of the store, guaranteeing that daily operations run efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Manage the organization and layout of products, maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment that contributes to a positive customer experience.

Technical Manager of the Store: Be the technical manager of the store, ensuring compliance with the standards and regulations applicable to veterinary procedures and animal safety. Coordinate and supervise the use and management of Veterinary Use Medicines (MUV) and Veterinary Use Products (PUV), ensuring compliance with all guidelines and legislation.

Bring with you...

Higher Education (preferred): Completed academic training, essential for the exercise of management and store supervision functions.
Experience in Similar Roles (preferred): We value previous experience in operations management or team coordination, ideally in the petcare sector or related areas. This experience is fundamental to managing workflow, dealing with operational challenges, and understanding the specificities of customer and animal service.
Management and Leadership Skills: We are looking for someone with proven ability to lead and inspire the team, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment. Customer and results orientation is essential, as the success of this role depends on ensuring that the team maintains a high standard of customer service and achieves the store's performance objectives.
Passion for Animals and Commitment to Animal Welfare: A genuine interest in animals and a commitment to their well-being are essential. This role involves frequent interactions with customers who expect attentive and informed care for their four-legged friends.
Schedule flexibility: Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends, essential to meet the store management needs.
