We are looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for our BAGGA team in ODIAXERE and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

What you'll do

We count on you for
Operational Management: Ensuring the daily and efficient operation of the coffee shop, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
Team Coordination: Organizing and supervising the work team, distributing tasks and promoting an environment of cooperation and motivation.
Excellence in Customer Service: Implementing practices that offer a high-level service experience, satisfying and building customer loyalty.
Quality Control and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, keeping the coffee shop in accordance with regulations.

Therefore, bring with you
Affinity with Catering and Coffee Shops: Passion and genuine interest in the catering area and in contact with the public.
Previous Experience: Experience in team management and the operation of coffee shop establishments is valued.
Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate the team, with a strong orientation towards results and a focus on quality.
Knowledge of Office and Winrest Tools: Experience with these tools is an advantage to ensure efficiency in recording and operational management.
Minimum Education: 12th grade completed.
