What we're looking for

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles managing critical technological infrastructures.
Virtualization: Advanced and consolidated knowledge in VMware ecosystems and KVM environments.
Traditional Infrastructure: Practical mastery of server architectures (Bare-Metal), IP networks (VLANs, Routing, Firewalls, SDWAN), and SAN/NAS Storage solutions (Block/File Storage).
Automation & Scripting: Mastery of tools such as Terraform and Ansible, as well as scripting capabilities in Python or Shell/Bash.
Data Protection: Practical experience in managing enterprise Backup/DR solutions (Rubrik, Veeam) in Hybrid and Cloud environments.
Cloud & Governance: Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) with a focus on implementing governance, landing zone, and security policies.
Skills in Artificial Intelligence.
Availability to work in a DevOps model, specifically an on-call regime.

Nice to have

Relevant technical certifications (Networking, Virtualization, Public Cloud, other relevant ones).
Previous experience in projects involving on-prem and cloud environments
Experience with DevOps methodologies

What you'll do

Data Center Management: Administer, optimize, and maintain the computing infrastructure (servers), networks (networking), and storage systems (storage) distributed across our two main Data Centers.
Virtualization: Operate and optimize virtualized environments based on VMware and KVM, ensuring high availability, performance, and efficient resource allocation.
Data Protection & Continuity: Define, implement, and manage Data Protection strategies and tools (Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery) both in the On-Premises environment and in the Cloud.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate operational tasks, resource provisioning, and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
Cloud Governance: Apply control, compliance, and security policies within the organization's Cloud ecosystem.
Incident Resolution & Monitoring: Act in advanced level support (L3), ensuring rapid incident resolution and proactive monitoring of the health and performance of all core systems.
