We design today the future data centers

Today we intend to continue our growth and as such we present the following vacancy in our Architecture department.

Your responsabilities

• You will participate in multidisciplinary projects, and at Quark - Sener Group we have all disciplines in-house.

• We develop projects in all their phases, from conception to construction. Your work will be more focused on the design and detailing phase, so we need you to have construction knowledge to develop project details at the level of the Execution Project, Riba3, Riba 4, as well as at the level of detailed drawings, integrating information from different manufacturers (facades, roofs, structure, substructures, urbanisation, floors, ceilings, internal partitions, etc.).

• We are not looking for a management profile, but rather a technical one, someone who can add their experience to the various projects currently underway.

• Development of descriptive reports, drawings and project attachments.

• Collaboration in the preparation of measurements.

How you'll do it

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching experience.

In turn we account for a Developing Program oriented to mentoring your team role so that in the short/ medium term you can fully exercise your individual role and autonomously lead your projects.

Our requirements

• Degree in Architecture.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in designing single building projects.

• Experience working with project management teams. (Not sure if this makes sense)

• Knowledge of tools such as BIM360, Revit, AutoCAD, Presto, and MS Office.

• Willingness and availability to travel.

It would also be beneficial to have:

• High level of English.

• Knowledge of national standards and legislation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Meticulous, perfectionist, detail-oriented profile that anticipates the constructive details necessary for quality project execution.
