BIM Architecture Technician (Sines)

Today we intend to continue our growth and as such we present the following vacancy in our Architecture department.

Your responsabilities

1. Planification

- Receive the Design Manager task list and compare them with the design standards;

- Identify modelling issues, evaluate their impact on project planning and relay information to the project manager.

1. Production

- Create and deploy the BIM model from the information and available documents coming from the design team;

- Create object families and necessary elements to compose the models.

- Accomplish the required modelling tasks to comply with the delivery phasing requirements associated with the different project stages while incorporating technical data to the model;

- Generate and submit project documents from the BIM model including captions and constructive detailing.

1. Communication

- Coordinate with other members of BIM team to ensure model and project documentation consistency.

1. Quality

- Solve assigned modelling conflicts.

How you'll do it

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching experience.

In turn we account for a Developing Program oriented to mentoring your team role so that in the short/ medium term you can fully exercise your individual role and autonomously lead your projects.

Our requirements

A minimum of five years BIM Architecture modelling experience, including urban to building composition, finishes and detailing.

Experience in creating and deploying Architectural drawings form the BIM model.

Courses and capacitation programs in BIM software.

Autodesk Revit modelling software dominion.

Knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

Ability to create and develop BIM models, following established standards and guidelines.

Understanding the technical and construction aspects of building projects.
Willingness and availability to travel.

It would also be beneficial to have:

- High level of English.

- University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields.

- Experience in the construction of Data Centres.
