Requirements

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a similar field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analyst, BI Developer or Data Warehouse Specialist roles, with experience in Data Warehouse, data modeling, ETL and integration of data from multiple sources

- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX and Power Query) and Excel, as well as knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Modelling

- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail, combined with autonomy, proactivity and the ability to manage priorities

- Ease of communication with technical teams and business areas, ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and proficiency in Portuguese and English

Nice to have

- We value knowledge in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, REST APIs and Python, as well as experience in financial environments or financial services

TFS is reinforcing its team and is looking for a Data Analyst to join the IT Department. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, capable of transforming data into strategic information, supporting decision-making and contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization's data solutions.

What you'll do

- Manage, maintain and evolve the corporate Data Warehouse, ensuring the integration, processing and availability of business data

- Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes and integrations from different information sources

- Create, maintain and evolve dashboards, reports and analytical solutions in Power BI, supporting operational and executive reporting

- Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of data, monitoring and resolving incidents related to information flows

- Support different business areas in the definition of KPIs, indicators and management metrics, translating business needs into analytical solutions

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, continuous improvement and the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to data analysis, reporting and process optimization

- Participate in digital transformation and Data Analytics projects, collaborating with local and international teams

- Document processes, data flows, integrations and technical developments
