• key responsibilities

  Receiving telephone calls for clarifications and promotion of NOS client products and services, ensuring the satisfaction of each client's needs.
  Making proactive calls to promote offers and news to current clients.

  
  

  We are looking for a professional for the customer service management role, with a willingness to learn and the ability to add value to our sales team; for this, we count on your energy and strong communication skills.

  Remuneration conditions:
  Training allowance (13 working days)
  Hourly rate: €5.50/h
  Schedule: 10am - 6pm
  Days off: weekends
  Location: Remote and NOS Campanhã building

  
  

  Internship allowance (2 months):
  Hourly rate: €5.50/day
  Meal allowance: €7.00/day
  Days off: fixed during the week (defined in operations)
  Location: NOS Campanhã building

  
  

  Schedules:
  40h/ week: 1pm - 10pm
  30h/ week: 3pm - 10pm
  25h/ week: 5pm - 10pm
  Days off during the week (work on weekends)

  
  

  We guarantee:
  Indefinite term employment contract
  Hybrid regime based on autonomy and results
  Base salary: €920.00 (40h), €690.00 (30h) and €575.00 (25h) + meal allowance €7.00/day + commissions + NOS points
