Telecommunications Store Assistant (m/f/x)

Full-Time schedule with rotating shifts between 08:30 and 21:00 and rotating days off, for greater flexibility;

Paid Internship Stipend: €5.80/hour + €7.25/day meal allowance;

Contract with a base salary of €966, plus:

key responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will play an essential role in the customer experience, with tasks such as:

Providing personalized and excellent service, aligned with the brand's quality standards;
Promoting and selling products and services, actively contributing to the store's results;
Analyzing the customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities;
Presenting personalized solutions and preparing commercial proposals adjusted to the customer's needs;
Negotiating and formalizing contracts, ensuring the satisfaction of both parties;
Managing and resolving complaints effectively;
Performing cash closing.

Work Location: Azores - Pico - Madalena
